I've been heads-down on something new. Can't share all the details yet, but I've been reminded how much unglamorous work happens before anything ships, whether that's a product or a career move. The thinking, the planning, the "is this actually the right direction?" conversations with yourself right before falling asleep.

None of that makes for a good LinkedIn post, but it's where the real work happens.
