Lumina Showcase Article Teaser

Back in October, during a WomenTech Network event, I met someone whose work immediately stuck with me.

Her name is Sobia Soomro, a frontend developer with a sharp eye for design and an even sharper sense of what makes a developer’s story feel alive.

She recently launched Lumina, a React portfolio template built around a simple but powerful belief:

A portfolio shouldn’t just list your skills. It should also tell your story.

Lumina does that beautifully. Clean code, purposeful design, thoughtful motion, and a structure that invites developers to express who they are, not just what they can do.

I spent the past few days digging into the template, exploring its architecture, and learning more about the intention behind it. There’s something special here, and I wanted to share it.

So, I published an article that goes deeper into Lumina’s design philosophy, technical decisions, and the person behind the project. If you're a developer who cares about narrative, craft, and building something that feels human, give it a read.
